"Purse Card"

How Cute!!!

A pink purse with ribbon and the girl's initial.

I made this card with a special 

little girl in mind she has 

a fast growing type of cancer .

She is the granddaughter of

dear friends of ours. 

So the Sunday school classes in

our church filled a fun pink 

and green polka dotted suitcase. 

With a LOT of fun little gifts,a card 

and a picture for her.

I used a textured piece of card stock ,

cut it in the shape the purse was to be,only 

I made it double so I could fold it as a card ,Then 

On inside I used a smaller piece of plain white to make it 

look like the lining of the purse .

added holes on top to make so that the ribbon can be tied.

"Merry Christmas "

My own version of snack mix

This is so Delicious that you want to keep on eating it,

even when you should stop ..I had two BIG

Bowls and added these ingredients....

Honeycombs

Cheddar Cheese  Flavored Cheetos

Green Onion Flavored Bugles

Honey Nut Cheerios

Rice Chex

Corn Chex

Rye Bread Pieces 

Pretzel Sticks

In a sauce pan mix :                                      

1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)

1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

2-Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1-Tablespoon Season Salt 

Melt together over low heat,

and mix with snacks ,stir till all covered 

or mostly covered..

Preheat oven to: 250 degrees

Then pour snack mix on cookie sheets and 

Put in oven for one hour stirring every 15 Minutes 

you could add any other ingredient you like ,

might have to make a little bit more sauce

Country Pumpkins

Set of 3 

I know its no longer the Autumn Season .

I had fun making these they were really

 simple to make. I painted the orange first so 

that could dry ,and painted the 

black part which was separate from the orange ,

took the hammer and nail to attach

 the stem to the pumpkin part.

then I used a paper towel and a little tiny bit 

of black to make it look distressed ,once that

 was all dry added a little raffia 

for a nice bow .

These were fun to decorate with other fall decor 

,as I could use them all three or

just two or one .

Hi There Friends!

You were probably wondering just 

where I have been .Well let me show you 

what I was doing for a little bit...Ha 

This was SO much fun making this card 

I think I will do more in different sizes

and shapes ..this is a plaid vintage style with

which is obviously a friend of mine .

I love what she does and the time that goes 

in with every single piece she makes ..
